I tried a collage experiment showing Cupcake Wizard's inner thoughts.  I used cut paper, colored pencils, watercolors, markers, pencils and a pen.

Work in Progress

Hi fans!  I have been working really hard to get things ready for the local Family Festival.  It will be held at Suzanne Park (625 Suzanne Rd Walnut, CA 91789) on October 12th.  I think it starts at 8am, and goes until sundown. Anyway, I've posted a sneak peak of a brand new poster, to be available at the festival.

In other news, I have officially changed this blog url to shelbyandtheblooms.com.  You can still type in the old address and get here, but it's now a lot easier to remember without the added ".blogspot" part.  It also saves you time and energy!  Isn't that GREAT??!!!!!  You're welcome!!!!!

The Wizards of Shellrim

These are the main wizards of Shellrim.  (Top row, left to right):  Wolf Cave Face Wizard, Bat Cave Face Wizard, Bumpaduh, Pine Tree Wizard, Face Full of Arrows Wizard, Hind Legs of a Horse Face Wizard, Volcano Face Wizard, Pixel (8-bit) Wizard.  (Bottom row, left to right): Cupcake Wizard, Little Twig Wizard, Pickle Wizard, Peach Face Wizard, Hungry Shark Tank Wizard, Ultra Beard Wizard ("Beardo"), Crystal Wizard, Blobby-Goo Wizard, and Dragon Cave Face Wizard.
 

Cupcake Wizard

This is Cupcake Wizard.  He is a sales rep at Magi-Car.  He often appears sullen and melancholy, because he is ashamed of his magic, which consists of cute things (chubby bunnies, duckies, happy stars, etc.).  He is secretly dating a fairy.  If his coworkers (who are other wizards) were to find out this secret, Cupcake Wizard would be banished.  Wizards and fairies often engage in battle in Shellrim.
