23 new buttons almost ready!!!

students (and maybe etsy shoppers)!  They will be divided into two

I tried a collage experiment showing Cupcake Wizard's inner thoughts.  I used cut paper, colored pencils, watercolors, markers, pencils and a pen.

Work in Progress

Hi fans!  I have been working really hard to get things ready for the local Family Festival.  It will be held at Suzanne Park (625 Suzanne Rd Walnut, CA 91789) on October 12th.  I think it starts at 8am, and goes until sundown. Anyway, I've posted a sneak peak of a brand new poster, to be available at the festival.

In other news, I have officially changed this blog url to shelbyandtheblooms.com.  You can still type in the old address and get here, but it's now a lot easier to remember without the added ".blogspot" part.  It also saves you time and energy!  Isn't that GREAT??!!!!!  You're welcome!!!!!

Cupcake Wizard's Fantasy

There it is!  My last painting of 2012.  Happy New Year!  Cupcake Wizard wants so badly to be tough and strong, so he can potentially come to the rescue of his fairy girlfriend, Sophie.  Mixed media on paper; 11.5" x 8.5"

People have been asking what C. Wiz's girlfriend looks like.  This is what I have in mind.  Her name's Sophie, and she's a total ditz, but she has nice hair, so there's something.

Cupcake Wizard

This is Cupcake Wizard.  He is a sales rep at Magi-Car.  He often appears sullen and melancholy, because he is ashamed of his magic, which consists of cute things (chubby bunnies, duckies, happy stars, etc.).  He is secretly dating a fairy.  If his coworkers (who are other wizards) were to find out this secret, Cupcake Wizard would be banished.  Wizards and fairies often engage in battle in Shellrim.
